Had a great experience. Valerie was super helpful. She called me before making a bouquet to let me know they were out of certain flowers. It was my fault for thinking the one I wanted was replaceable. They did their best and it was a beautiful bouquet but it just wasn't what I expected. They allowed me to pick another Arrangement and let me know which flowers they had and what we could substitute with. My friend was so delighted. She said they were the prettiest flowers anyone's given her. Thank you so much!
